The fragrance itself smells great, and the shipping was fast and problem-free. That being said, I am not happy with Venba’s customer service. I emailed them the day after receiving my package with a question but have heard nothing back. They did make sure to send me two marketing emails since then, however.
For those curious, what I asked about is whether it’s common for 30ml Tom Ford bottles to have syphon tubes that don’t reach the bottom of the bottle (like the one I received) and advice on how to use the rest of the fragrance below where the tube ends.
Since then, from looking at as many photos as I could find online of people selling 30ml bottles, all Tom Fords of this size have this issue. If this will be a problem, I would advise people not to purchase any Tom Ford 30ml sized bottles.
