Order Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation or make changes, please email us at support@venbafragrance.com.
Once a tracking number is generated, cancellation or modification requests will be treated as return requests and processed under our return policy. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, we cannot guarantee they will be processed. To minimize delays, we recommend contacting us within a few hours of placing your order.
Address Changes
We currently do not support address changes for orders except if you request to update your shipping address,is to match your billing address. If you need to update your address, your request will be treated as an order cancellation and handled in line with our cancellation policy.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following exclusions and conditions:

30-Day Free Returns for First-Time Buyers: If you’re a first-time buyer and not fully satisfied with our products, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery—no restocking fee or return shipping charges. This policy is designed to help first-time customers gain confidence in our products and is not intended for blind buying and returning fragrances.

Sealed/Unused Items: A flat $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the product is returned to us in sealed and unused condition.

Used Items:

If the seal is broken, the item is considered used.

If the perfume has been sprayed, it is considered used.

Testers returned to us are always classified as used items.
We charge a minimum 10% restocking fee for used items and an additional $12 return shipping fee. However, if you prefer a store gift card, we will charge a minimum 5% restocking fee and an extra $12 return shipping fee. Restocking fees may increase proportionally if the returned product is found to be used more than a few sprays. There are no exemptions to restocking fees.

International Orders: All sales outside the U.S. are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Excluded Items: Returns are only applicable on full-bottle fragrances. Returns on samples, body wash, lotion, and candles will not be accepted. All sales on these products will be considered final.

Rejected Returns: We may reject your return if the returned product is different from what was shipped to them.

Return Shipping: We assume no responsibility if your return package gets lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Refund Policy

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges and shipping protection charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically take five business days to process, depending on your bank's processing times.
Damaged Items:
If an item is shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, we accept 100% responsibility and will provide a full refund unless stated in the product description.

Submit Visual Evidence: Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted, along with details of the nature of the damage. This includes pictures of the shipping box, damaged product box, and the damaged product itself. These photos are REQUIRED to have a successful insurance claim.

We cannot process damage claims without receiving the requested photos.
Failed Delivery:
A failed delivery occurs when the provided address is incorrect and the package is returned to us. In such cases:

We will reship the package once it gets returned, and a flat $12 return shipping fee will be charged.

We are not liable if the package is lost during its return transit after a failed delivery.

Shipping insurance becomes void if the shipping address provided is incorrect.

If the package gets returned to us due to carrier error, we will send the package back once received without additional charges.
Returned Items:
Once we receive your return, the shipment will be inspected, and we will process the refund using your original payment method. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the product back. We cannot provide refunds until we receive back the item.
Shipping Protection:
We will file an insurance claim if your order is eligible for shipping protection. Refunds will be processed once the claim is approved, which can take 7 business days. We cannot provide a refund until the insurance gets approved
