Ask Your Neighbors:

• Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor by mistake. Check with them to see if they received your package.

Wait 24 Hours:

• Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive. Give it a day to see if it turns up.

Yes, we offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Please note that free shipping is not available for international orders.

Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping.

Yes, all orders over $400 include signature confirmation by default.

If you choose to waive the signature confirmation, Venba Fragrance will not be responsible for loss or theft after the carrier marks the package as delivered. With the rise in porch piracy, we strongly recommend keeping the signature confirmation to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. In some cases, certain regions may only have one carrier option available due to carrier restrictions.

No, shipping insurance is completely optional—you can choose whether or not to add it at checkout.

If you decide not to add shipping protection, Venba Fragrance cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered."

Porch Piracy or Missing Packages:If your package is marked as delivered but goes missing, don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the next steps:

• Report Quickly: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Proof of Theft: To process an insurance claim, we’ll need one of the following:

  • Photos or videos showing evidence of theft.

  • If no photographic evidence is available, a police report documenting the theft will be required.

What Happens If There’s No Proof?Unfortunately, if no proof or documentation is provided, we won’t be able to process your claim, even if you purchased shipping protection. We genuinely wish we could take your word for it, but no insurance service can operate sustainably without proper due diligence and evidence.

Helpful Tip:If package theft is common in your area, we recommend using an alternative shipping address (like your workplace) or requesting signature confirmation when placing your order. We’re happy to assist with these options to help minimize the risk of theft.

You can request changes (such as modifying items or updating the address) or cancel your order before it is fulfilled. No changes or cancellations can be made once the order status changes to Fulfilled.

If your payment has already been processed and we issue a refund, it typically takes 2–4 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If your payment wasn’t captured before your cancellation request, we will simply decline the payment request. This voids the transaction and usually takes one business day to show up on your card activity log.

We offer a hassle-free return policy for all bottle purchases in the U.S. up to 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that samples are non-refundable. All sales outside the U.S., including bottles, are final and non-refundable.

• Unopened Products: If the product is in its original condition with the packaging intact, we will provide a full refund on the bottle’s value minus the return shipping cost.

• Opened/Used Products: If the product has been opened or slightly used, we will accept the return but charge a 10% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost.

First-Time Buyer Waiver: For first-time buyers who are still on the fence and unsure about product authenticity, we waive the restocking fee on the first order, if you are not fully convinced with our products. However, this is not intended for blind buying and returning fragrances. We recommend trying our 1ml samples at affordable prices to explore new scents before committing to a full bottle.

To initiate a return, email us at support@venbafragrance.com. We will send you a return label via email. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your preferred payment method within two business days. Please note that banks may take an additional 3–4 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Tester bottles are originally intended for use at department store counters to let customers try fragrances before purchasing. When we procure fragrances in bulk, we sometimes receive testers at a slightly discounted price compared to regular retail bottles.

Here are a few things to know about tester bottles:

• Packaging: Most testers come in plain white or brown boxes. 

• Cap: Some testers come without the regular cap. The condition of the tester (e.g., with or without a cap) is always mentioned on the product page. Testers without a cap will typically be at a higher discount than a tester with cap.

• Same Quality: The fragrance inside a tester is identical to the regular retail bottle. 

If you’re particular about presentation or buying the fragrance as a gift, we highly recommend opting for a regular retail bottle. 

We offer a combination of both:

• Official Samples: These are titled “Manufacturer’s Samples” on our website, clearly indicating they come directly from the brand.

• Hand-Decanted Samples: If not labeled as manufacturer samples, these are carefully rebottled by us into convenient atomizers.

No, your sample did not leak in transit. All 1 ml samples are filled into 2 ml atomizers and are intentionally filled halfway to provide the correct quantity of 1 ml as advertised.

Unlike standard 1 ml dabber samples, we use atomizers with sprayers for convenience and better application. The half-filled appearance is normal and reflects the advertised volume.

• Tester Strips vs. Skin: Many stores spray fragrances on tester strips, which can make them seem stronger. When applied to skin, factors like body chemistry, skin type, and moisture levels influence how the fragrance projects and lasts.

Batch Variations

Fragrances are produced in batches, and slight variations can occur:

• Natural Ingredients: Changes in the availability or quality of natural ingredients can lead to subtle differences.

• Reformulations: Brands occasionally reformulate their fragrances to meet regulations or trends, which may affect the scent or longevity.

Maceration

Fragrances, like fine wine, mature over time through a process called maceration:

• What It Is: Maceration occurs when the perfume “rests” after blending, allowing the oils and alcohol to fully integrate and develop.

• How It Affects Your Fragrance: Freshly bottled fragrances may smell slightly different or weaker compared to older samples. If your fragrance feels weaker, it might benefit from additional maceration.

• What You Can Do: Store your fragrance in a cool, dark place for about two weeks after opening the bottle to allow the process to occur naturally—this often works wonders!
