We typically process all orders within the next business day. Please note that we are closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, here’s what you can do:

  1. Double-Check the Tracking Information:

  • Visit the official carrier website (USPS or FedEx) to check the tracking details.

  • Look for notes about the delivery location (e.g., Parcel Locker, Front Porch, Side Entrance, etc.).

Ask Your Neighbors:

  • Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor by mistake. Check with them to see if they received your package.

Wait 24 Hours:

  • Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive. Give it a day to see if it turns up.

Yes, we offer shipping within the Continental U.S. and Puerto Rico on all orders over $100.

 

We do not offer overnight or express shipping.

Yes, all orders over $250 include signature confirmation by default.

If you choose to waive the signature confirmation, Venba Fragrance will not be responsible for loss or theft after the carrier marks the package as delivered. With the rise in porch piracy, we strongly recommend keeping the signature confirmation to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

 

We ship using USPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. In some cases, certain regions may only have one carrier option available due to carrier restrictions.

No, shipping insurance is completely optional—you can choose whether or not to add it at checkout.

If you decide not to add shipping protection, Venba Fragrance cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered."

Porch Piracy or Missing Packages:If your package is marked as delivered but goes missing, don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the next steps:

  • Report Quickly: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of Theft: To process an insurance claim, we’ll need one of the following:

    • Photos or videos showing evidence of theft.

    • If no photographic evidence is available, a police report documenting the theft will be required.

What Happens If There’s No Proof?Unfortunately, if no proof or documentation is provided, we won’t be able to process your claim, even if you purchased shipping protection. We genuinely wish we could take your word for it, but no insurance service can operate sustainably without proper due diligence and evidence.

Helpful Tip:If package theft is common in your area, we recommend using an alternative shipping address (like your workplace) or requesting signature confirmation when placing your order. We’re happy to assist with these options to help minimize the risk of theft.

 

You can request changes (such as modifying items or updating the address) or cancel your order before it is fulfilled. No changes or cancellations can be made once the order status changes to Fulfilled.

If your payment has already been processed and we issue a refund, it typically takes 2–4 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If your payment wasn’t captured before your cancellation request, we will simply decline the payment request. This voids the transaction and usually takes one business day to show up on your card activity log.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee. Please note the following exclusions and conditions:

  • First-Time Buyers: If you’re a first-time buyer and not fully satisfied with our products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fees. Although the $10 return shipping fee applies. This policy is designed to help first-time customers gain confidence in our products and is not intended for blind buying and returning fragrances.

  • Sealed/Unused Products: A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the product is returned to us in its original, sealed, and unused condition.

  • Used Products:

    • If the seal is broken, the item is considered used.

    • If the perfume has been sprayed, it is considered used.

    • Testers returned to us are always classified as used items.

We charge a minimum 10% restocking fee for used items and an additional $10 return shipping fee. However, if you prefer a store gift card, we will reduce the restocking fee to 5% and an additional $10 return shipping fee.  

Restocking fees may increase proportionally if the returned product is found to have been used for more than a few sprays. There are no exemptions to restocking fees. 

  • Excluded Items: Returns are only applicable to full-bottle fragrances. Returns on samples, body wash, lotion, and candles will not be accepted. All sales on these products will be considered final.

  • Rejected Returns: We may reject your return if the returned product differs from the product shipped to you.

Return Shipping: We assume no responsibility if your return package gets lost during transit.

Tester bottles are originally intended for use at store counters to let customers try fragrances before purchasing. When we procure fragrances in bulk, we sometimes receive testers at a slightly discounted price compared to regular retail bottles.

Here are a few things to know about tester bottles:

  • Packaging: Most testers come in plain white or brown boxes. 

  • Cap: Some testers come without the regular cap. The tester's condition (e.g., with or without a cap) is always mentioned on the product page. Testers without a cap will typically be at a higher discount than testers with a cap.

  • Same Quality: The fragrance in a tester is identical to that in the regular retail bottle. 

If you’re particular about the presentation or buying the fragrance as a gift, we highly recommend choosing a regular retail bottle.

 

We offer a combination of both:

  • Official Samples: These are titled “Manufacturer’s Samples” on our website, clearly indicating they come directly from the brand.

  • Hand-Decanted Samples: If not labeled as manufacturer samples, these are carefully rebottled by us into convenient atomizers.

No, your sample did not leak in transit. All 1 ml samples are loaded into 2 ml atomizers and intentionally filled halfway to provide the advertised 1 ml.

Unlike standard 1 ml dabber samples, we use atomizers with sprayers for convenience and better application. The half-filled appearance is normal and reflects the advertised volume.
