I’ve purchased Erba Pura multiple times before and know the scent well. I ordered a sample from Venba first, which was perfect, so I felt confident buying the full-size bottle. Unfortunately, the full-size didn’t smell like Erba Pura at all. Customer service told me to leave it untouched for a few days, but the scent never changed. To make matters worse, returns aren’t free and there’s a 10% restocking fee. I’ll stick to buying from the store next time—paying an extra $50 is worth it for authentic scent and free returns.
