Escentric Molecules has updated their box and bottle design; attached are photos of what I received, which are consistent with the new designs on their site.
The only thing I was worried about was the color of the liquid, as Molecule 01 is usually noted to be a clear color. Mine appeared to be a pale-yellow color right out of the box. I've read some posts that said their Molecule 01 slowly turned yellow over the years, and that Iso E Super itself is normally a yellow-tinted color, so I am assuming that I still received a genuine product. On their website, Escentric Molecules notes that there may be slight differences in color between batches, but still receiving a yellow liquid when it is normally depicted as clear had me slightly worried. In the end, I got this for layering to help with longevity of fresh fragrances, and it does exactly that for me (although there are claims it doesn't actually help, that it's because you're just spraying more of a fragrance), so I am happy.
