Jubilation XXV has a beautiful blackberry, smoked honey and incense opening that stays until the very far dry down. Long lasting and strong sillage. The sillage is still present after 8-9 hours and people will be able to detect it (most importantly, you will be able to detect it). I don't understand the reformulation hysteria surrounding this fragrance. Bertrand Duchaufour style of perfumery was never too loud (look at Dia man). It's subtle and elegant. In this case, Jubilation XXV acts like how it smells. You do not want this fragrance to be a projection monster and nor is it trying to be. I think many people ruin the fragrance hobby for themselves with the constant "reformulation" worry. My philosophy is to spray it and just enjoy it.

Overall: Elegant fragrance with great performance (strong sillage, moderate projection, and long lasting). In my case, I will certainly wear this for dressed up occasions, but it is too strong to be an office scent.
