SHIPPING INSURANCE

Optional shipping protection is offered at checkout. The rates will vary as per the cart value. Venba Fragrance will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft in transit if the buyer opts out of shipping protection. 

In cases of porch pirate or friendly neighborhood fraud (instances when tracking claims package is delivered, but buyer claims otherwise), we would require proof of theft to file an insurance claim. In absence of proof, a police report for theft will be mandatory to file a claim and to issue a refund. If the buyer fails to provide any proof or police report, Venba Fragrance will not be liable even if the buyer took Shipping protection.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts up to 15 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the US. All international sales will be final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee towards your original form of payment (10% restocking fee if you prefer store credit).

We can send you a prepaid return label. Your return shipment will be inspected, and we will process the refund to your preferred method of payment. Please allow us two days to process the refund once we receive the product back.

If the seal is opened or if the product is used, there will be a minimum of 25% restocking fee towards your original form of payment (20% restocking fee if you prefer store credit)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The buyer will be responsible for any customs duty in the receiving country. Rules for customs duty changes with each country, please do your due diligence on your individual country's charges. 

Samples

While we do have few official sample cards from the brand, most samples in the store are carefully hand decanted by Venba Fragrance. The samples are by no means affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or supported by any of the brands whose products we supply.

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of the samples you receive. The end product offered will be the genuine fragrance which will be taken from the original retail bottle and placed into our own generic glass vials.
