I received my Nishane Ani last Monday and the bottle was leaking everywhere right out of the box. The sprayer was loose, the entire neck was soaked, and there was fragrance all inside the cap and running down the bottle. Clearly zero quality control before shipping. I reached out to customer support immediately with photos and got absolutely no response. Not even a “we’re looking into it.” For a brand that charges premium prices, this is unacceptable. I paid for a full, functioning bottle, not one that arrived half spilled with a broken atomizer. If this is how they handle customers, I won’t be buying from them again.
