Great customer service, weak performance

As always Venba takes care of their customers, but I am having a hard time with this particular fragrance... I have an authentic sample and compared with it, the performance is much weaker, significant enough that I wanted to mention it. It still smells great, but I am concerned about it being a reformulation of some sort. Am looking to possibly either exchange for another or refund, as the one I received could be a weaker batch.
