A Gem of a Find

Such a treat to find this discovery set at a discount. I immediately found the Wanderlust vial upon opening the set box. I fell immediately in love with this fragrance. It’s been years since I have had this strong of a reaction to a new fragrance. That last reaction was over Liquid Imaginaires Blanch Bete and Orto Parisi's Terroni.

One would think I had a satchel of cocaine hanging from my Apple watch band because I keep raising my wrist repeatedly to take a long sniff. Its smooth, long-lasting trail feels like wearing a story that is mysterious, uplifting, and deeply satisfying.

Wanderlust's layered fig and fougère notes command my attention without overpowering my sensitive nostrils, creating an invisible armor of elegance and a wall of self-assurance. I feel this fragrance reinforces my sense of identity and poise. Wanderlust doesn't just complement my style as middle aged married gay man who is at the peak of his career. I feel it empowers it.
