Parfums De Marl Oajan is a fragrance from the house of Parfums De Marley. It was created by Olivier Crespin, who has been working on perfumes since he was 15 years old. He started his career as an assistant to Jean Paul Gaultier before becoming a perfumer himself. The name of the perfume comes from the French word “Oajan”, which means “to be born again”. The bottle design is inspired by the ancient Greek vase called “The Birth of Athena”. The scent is
composed of top notes of orange blossom, bergamot, lemon, neroli, rosemary, jasmine, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, cedar wood, patchouli, vetiver, oakmoss, amber, musk, vanilla, benzoin, iris, heliotrope, lily of the valley, freesia, orris, and civet; middle notes of white flowers such as lilac, narcissus, hyacinth, cyclamen, tuberose, gardenia, mimosa, peony, magnolia, and lotus; base notes of sandalwood, cinnabar, tonka bean, ambergris, musk, vanilla bean, labdanum, oak moss, and patchouli. The perfume is recommended for daytime wear. The perfume is not tested on animals. The perfume is made in France.
