Official samples: Labeled as Manufacturers Samples.

Hand-decanted samples: Carefully rebottled by us into atomizers.

Venba Fragrance is not directly affiliated with brand owners for hand-decanted samples. Trademarks and names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

No leak. Our 1 ml samples are filled into 2 ml atomizers, so they appear half full by design while still containing the advertised 1 ml volume.

Performance can vary due to environment, skin chemistry, application method, batch differences, and reformulations.

Maceration also matters: freshly bottled fragrances may evolve over time. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place for about two weeks after opening to help it settle.

Tester bottles are made for in-store trial and may come in plain packaging. Some include no cap. The fragrance juice is the same as regular retail bottles. Product pages state tester condition details.

If presentation matters (for gifts), choose a regular retail bottle.

Orders are typically processed by the next business day. We are closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Yes. We offer shipping within the Continental U.S. and Puerto Rico on orders over $100.

We ship with USPS or FedEx depending on checkout selection and destination constraints.

No. We do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time.

Yes. Orders over $250 include signature confirmation by default. If you waive signature confirmation, Venba Fragrance is not responsible for loss or theft after carrier-marked delivery.

If your package is marked delivered but missing:

• Check tracking details on USPS/FedEx for delivery notes.
• Check with neighbors.
• Wait up to 24 hours in case of early delivery scan.
• If still missing, email support@venbafragrance.com and we will help open an investigation.

No. Shipping insurance is optional at checkout.

If you do not add shipping protection, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft after the package is marked delivered.

For missing delivered packages, notify us within 48 hours and provide proof (photo/video evidence or a police report). Without documentation, claims cannot be processed.

If theft is common in your area, use a safer delivery address or request signature confirmation.

Return window is 30 days from delivery, and items must be shipped back within that period. Returns include a $10 return shipping fee.

First-time buyers: Returns accepted within 30 days with no restocking fee, plus $10 return shipping fee.

Sealed/unused products: $10 return shipping fee deducted.

Used products: Minimum 10% restocking fee plus $10 return shipping fee. Store gift card option reduces restocking fee to 5% plus $10 shipping fee. Fee can increase based on usage beyond a few sprays.

Excluded items: Samples, body wash, lotion, and candles are final sale.

Rejected returns: Returns may be rejected if the returned item does not match the shipped item.

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

You can request changes (item or address updates) or cancellation before an order is fulfilled. Once the order status is Fulfilled, no changes or cancellations can be made. Email support@venbafragrance.com.

If payment was captured and refunded, funds usually appear within 2-4 business days depending on your bank. If payment was not captured, we decline the request and the void generally appears within one business day.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments. Payments are processed securely via Shopifys encrypted checkout.

Yes. Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to Connecticut, Texas, Florida, and California. Other states are not charged sales tax by us.
