Blue Sapphire is Boadicea the Victorious at its most opulent, an amber-woody composed by Christian Provenzano and released in 2013.
Lemon, chamomile, sage, marigold and saffron open it bright and slightly medicinal, a rose-jasmine-magnolia heart carries the middle, and it lands on real agarwood with patchouli and amber. Reviewers describe a captivating trail and use the word opulent without irony. It is a rose-oud, but a highly blended one rather than a blunt one.
How It Differs from Blue Sapphire Supercharged
